Deovulc BG 187 Granulat by DOG Chemie acts as a vulcanizing accelerator. It is a combination of thiazole-, dithiophosphate- and basic accelerators. It does not form toxic nitrosamines.
- Recommended for nitrosamine-free, non-blooming and non-staining vulcanized articles, mainly EPDM.
- By addition of ZBEC or TBzTD or CBS, cure times can be shortened.
- The recommended dosage rates of Deovulc BG 187 Granulat are 5-7 phr for black compounds, 7-9 phr for light-colored compounds, 0.8-2.0 phr (preferably 1.2-1.5 phr) for sulfur.
