Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-403

Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-403 distributed by DKSH is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer, dispersed in a thermoplastic polyester elastomer.

• It is widely used as an efficient additive for TPEE compatible resin systems.
• It improve process properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling, less extruder torque, surface finish, reduced coefficent of friction, and scratch resistance.
• It is available in APAC/Europe region (Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Iceland, Estonia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Poland, New Zealand, Germany, France, Finland, Denmark, Australia, Taiwan).
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5%.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
• It offers improved processing properties including better flow ability, reduced extrusion die drool, less extruder torque, better molding filling and release.
• It provides improved surface quality like surface slip, lower Coefficient of friction, greater abrasion and scratch resistance.
• It gives faster throughput, reduced product defect rate and enhanced stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants.
