LYSI-415

LYSI-415 distributed by DKSH acts as an efficient processing additive for SAN compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and modify surface quality. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN). It is suitable for ABS, PMMA, PC/ABS alloys.

• Provides faster throughput, reduced product defect rate and enhanced stability compared with traditional processing aid or lubricants.
• Offers better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance.
• It can be used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders, injection molding.
• It is available in United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia/Monteneg and Israel.
• Its recommended dosage level is 0.5-5%.
