DCC Yellow 7391 by DCL Corporation is a high-performance red shade organic yellow for use in a broad range of high-end plastic applications. Its superb heat resistance ensures that this product performs exceptionally at processing temperatures up to 300°C. It shows severe change in shade for tint weather fastness. This low warping grade has excellent dispersibility which leads to a lower screen pack pressure rise in the extruder. This translates to more time saved in production (due to less downtime changing extruder screens), and an increase in pigment level in the masterbatch (brighter color), ultimately providing downstream cost savings. It is an excellent alternative to lead-based and diarylide yellow pigments. It shows very good resistance to ethyl acetate, MEK, mineral spirits, water, xylene, alkali and acid. DCC Yellow 7391 by DCL Corporation is used in polypropylene fibers, PVC, film, blow molding and injection molding applications. It is registered on inventories in Canada, USA, EU, China, Japan, S. Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, Asia Pacific, New Zealand and pre-registered for REACH. It is also FDA approved for indirect food contact.
