Hostanox® P-EPQ® mini pills

Hostanox® P-EPQ® mini pills by Clariant acts as a processing stabilizer for plastics. It is a highly efficient phosphorus based secondary antioxidant that reduces the thermo-oxidative degradation of the development of undesired color (yellowing) during processing. It offers high thermal stability to filled polyolefin and engineering plastic compounds. It provides high solubility virtually no haze or blooming as well as broad compatibility in coating polymers.

• It shows high performance in color and melt flow retention during conversion process.
• It provides low plate out, low die buildup and has significant contribution to dyne level retention.
• It requires low dosage, inhibits discoloration due to stoving/NOx and reduces gas fading.
• Hostanox® P-EPQ® mini pills is used especially for the stabilization of polyolefins (LLDPE, HDPE, PP), ABS, PS, polybutylene, PBT, PC, PA, thermoplastic polyester, nitrile barrier resins.
