SILIMER 5064MB1 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a silica-based anti-blocking & slip agent with LDPE as its resin base. It is a long chain containing polar functional groups alkyl-modified siloxane masterbatch. It possesses a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin. It is suitable for PE & PP system films. It is a food-contactable grade.

• It boosts the surface quality including no precipitation, stickiness & effect on transparency and printing.
• It offers better smoothness and lowers the dynamic & static friction coefficient.
• It enhances processing properties including improved lubrication, flowability & faster throughout.
• It can be used in classical melt blending processes like single/twin screw extruders, injection molding and side feed.
