SF105D by Chengdu Silike Technology acts as a slip agent. It is a smooth masterbatch that contains specially modified poly dimethyl siloxane as the active ingredient and PP as its carrier. Suitable for BOPP- & CPP film blowing- & casting molding, and extrusion coating.
- It exhibits good lubricity and enhanced processing efficiency & surface smoothness.
- It is used for high-speed cigarette film which requires good hot & smooth performance on metal.
- If SF105D is added in higher amounts then it will affect the transparency & thicken.
- It reduces the coefficient of friction which has little effect on temperature.
- It overcomes key defects and doesn’t form a precipitate, will not produce white frost, & prolongs the cleaning cycle of the equipment.
- It also contains an organic anti-blocking agent.
- It can be used in combination with an antistatic masterbatch.
- The recommended dosage level is 2-10%
- Its shelf life is 24 months.
