Zonyl® PTFE MP 1600 by Chemours is a free-flowing PTFE powder acts as an additive in other materials. It imparts typical fluoropolymer attributes such as non-stick, lubricity and low friction. It provides gloss and non-stickiness. It is approved by FDA and reduces wear and blocking in the product. It can act as a thickener or enhance performance under severe conditions, when added to lubricants. It contains less of acid end groups, so chemical incompatibility is virtually eliminated. Zonyl® PTFE MP 1600 is used in composites and polymers.
