Zonyl™ MP 1100

Zonyl™ MP 1100 by Chemours is a free-flowing, PTFE, powder-based lubricant. It imparts low surface energy and reduces wettability. It improves properties like corrosion inhibition, rub- and slip resistance. It is used in combination with polyethylene waxes to obtain the desired degree of property modification. It is a good electrical insulator, does not absorb water and is highly shows resistance towards weathering. It enhances non-stick, anti-friction, gloss and surface smoothness properties. Zonyl™ MP 1100 increases lubricity and wear in plastics and elastomers. It can be used at temperatures from -190°C to 250°C and is inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. Recommended load level is 1-3% by weight.
