Zonyl™ MP 1000

Zonyl® MP 1000 by Chemours is a free-flowing PTFE powder-based lubricant. It imparts low surface energy and enhance performance in lubricants under severe conditions. It provides anti-stick surfaces and reduces surface abrasion, friction and wear in parts. It is a good electrical insulator, does not absorb water and is highly shows resistance towards weathering. Zonyl® MP 1000 by is suitable for polyacetals, polyamides, polycarbonates, polyesters, polyimides, polysulfides and polysulfones. It is also used in elastomers include acrylates, fluoro-elastomers, neoprenes, nitriles and silicones. Recommended usage for plastic is 5-20% by weight.
