Fluoroguard™ PCA by Chemours is fluorinated synthetic oil (perfluoropolyether)-based processing aid. It is a non-flammable and chemically inert polymer compounding additive. It has excellent color- and UV/thermal stability. It offers good throughput, squeak/noise reduction, wear/abrasion-, flex fatigue- and mar/scratch resistance. Fluoroguard™ PCA provides excellent lubricity while not affecting chemical properties and internally lubricates parts. It allows moving parts to turn easier and last longer. It improves the performance of products, when added to plastics and elastomers.
