WAX 2002 by Changzhou Kesai Success Plastics Materials is N, N’-ethylenebis(stearamide) wax. It is used as an internal and external lubricant in many thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics including ABS, PS, PVC, and PA. It can be used as a pigment and filler dispersant in plastic masterbatches.
- It can also be used in polyolefins, polyester, PET, PC, POM, PBT, and phenolic resins.
- It can also be used as a dispersing powder for plastic color matching.
- In rubber/elastomers, WAX 2002 is used as an anti-sticking agent, anti-blocking agent and release agent.
- Adding 0.5% to 2% EBS can increase the melt index of the resin, improve the flowability of the material, and enhance the smoothness and release properties of the product.
- Recommended dosage is 0.5-5% depending on pigments and fillers volume.
