Pripol™ 1025 by Cargill is a low color hydrogenated dimer acid building block. It possesses improved thermo-oxidative stability, color stability and a high concentration of difunctional components. It provides hydrophobicity as well as hydrolytic- & chemical resistance. Offers excellent sealant & protective properties, improved aesthetics and longer product lifetime. It also imparts pigment wetting properties, allowing high loading of pigment/fillers which can bring cost savings. Pripol™ 1025 is suitable for engineering plastics and elastomers. It exhibits low glass transition temperature for polymers with flexibility down to low temperatures. It is an ISCC PLUS certified grade.
