1,4 CHDA distributed by DKSH is 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid used in the polyester resin synthesis. It reacts faster than aromatic diacids because of its higher solubility in glycols.
- Compared to linear aliphatic and aromatic diacids, its higher content results in a better compromise of resin yellowing resistance, hardness, flexibility, salt spray as well as detergent and stain resistance.
