Pripol™ 1006 by Cargill is a high difunctional, distilled & hydrogenated dimer acid. It allows the production of high molecular weight polymers, offering excellent mechanical strength to elastomer formulations and engineering plastics. It provides good color & color stability, water repellency as well as thermo-oxidative- and hydrolytic stability for longer product lifetime. It exhibits flexibility down to low temperatures, and pigment wetting which allows high loading of pigment/fillers that can bring cost savings. Pripol™ 1006 is an ISCC PLUS certified grade.
