Atmer™ 1013

Atmer™ 1013 by Cargill is a short term internal, quick acting and migratory anti-static additive for use in polyolefins (PE, PP) & flexible PVC. It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase.

• It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.
• It reduces dust contamination & handling problems and improves demolding.
• Atmer™ 1013 is used in caps & closures and film applications.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% in injection molding.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year.
