CV 520 by Calumet Specialty Products Partners is an extraction solvent. It is suitable for mineral spirits type II (high flash), HDPPE, LDPPE, copper, vanadium, uranium, boric acid, cotton seed oil, and soybean oil. CV 520 is used in absorption naphtha, solvent cleaning, starting fluid blends, carbonless paper solvent, propellants, aluminum rolling oil, lamp oil and insecticides. Recommended for lacquer thinner, asphalt cut-back, metalworking fluid, foam blowing agent, concrete release agent, and textile lubricant.
