BRB Silanil® 533 ESO by BRB International BV is a silane oligomer containing gamma-glycidoxy and methoxy groups. It is used as a crosslinker to modify polymer structure by simple addition into polymerized water-based resins such as acrylic latex. It offers low VOC during applications and excellent grafting efficiency on polymer chains containing amino, hydroxyl and carboxy functional groups. It provides very good stability to formulated products when used in water-based systems. The recommended usage level of BRB Silanil® 533 ESO is 0.2-2% based on solid content of resin.
