GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM S27M

GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM S27M by Black Swan Graphene is a patented high‐performance 10% graphene nanoplatelet masterbatch that acts as a filler. It is the fifth GEM of the graphcore line of products and is available in large volumes with short lead time. The product is manufactured using a patented liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3% wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion.

• It improves tensile and flexural characteristics when diluted with high-density polyethylene.
• It enhances mechanical properties by up to 55%.
• GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM S27M recommended dosage level is <10% (equal to 1% GNP loading) and 5-20% in the final product.
