GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM A29M by Black Swan Graphene is a high‐performance 10% graphene nanoplatelet. It is used in several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, molding and extrusion. It is supplied in masterbatch form. It is manufactured using a patented liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3% wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion.
- It enhances some mechanical properties of PA66 articles by up to 20%.
- It improves tensile and flexural characteristics when diluted with polyamide 6,6.
- GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM A29M recommended dosage level is <10% (equal to 1% GNP loading) and 5-20% in the final product.
