Statex F-12

Statex F-12 by Birla Carbon is a conductive carbon black. It exhibits optimum performance in jet-ness, undertone, tint, gloss, stability, and rheology. It provides better pre-wetting of black, removal of the bulk of entrained air, initiation of the dispersion process, more uniform initial viscosities which provide for optimum shearing, faster and more complete dispersion on the mill, less “puffiness” of mill paste due to entrained air and reduced degradation of vehicles oversensitive to oxidation and polymerization. Statex F-12 is used in wires, cables, PVC color concentrates and compounds.
