Supplied byBASF- Last Updated on Dec 5, 2024

Tinuvin® B 75 by BASF is a synergistic blend of 20% Irganox 1135, 40% Tinuvin® 571 and 40% Tinuvin® 765. Acts as a light and heat stabilizer agent. It is an easy to pump, pourable liquid allowing dust free handling, automated dosage and shortening of mixing time.
  • Exhibits resistance to exudation/ crystallization in many PUR systems.
  • Prevents light and weather induced degradation of polyurethane products such as shoe soles, instrument and door panels, steering wheels, window encapsulations and head & arm rests.
  • It can be easily added to aromatic or aliphatic polyurethane systems for thermoplastic moldings, semi-rigid integral foams, in-mold skinning and dope applications.
  • Compatible with natural and pigmented materials.
  • Particularly suitable for preparing light stable color pastes for the above-mentioned systems.
  • Used in polyurethanes such as reaction injection molding (RIM) polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
  • Use levels of Tinuvin® B 75 ranges between 0.2% and 1.5%, depending on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application.
