Irgastab® PUR 67

Irgastab® PUR 67 by BASF is a BHT-free heat stabilizer blend for polyols containing a low amount of aminic antioxidant. Exhibits good resistance to scorch, fogging, and textile staining. It offers outstanding resistance to foam discoloration after gas and light exposure. It allows dust free handling, automatic dosage and shortening of mixing time. Irgastab® PUR 67 is suitable for the manufacture of polyether- & polyester-based and PUR flexible foams. It can also be added with additional antioxidants, co-stabilizers (phosphites) and light stabilizers (HALS, UVA). It increases productivity by reducing weighing and metering to one single operation. Recommended dosage level for slabstock polyol applications is 0.4-0.45% and for molding polyol grades is 0.05-0.1%.
