Irgastab® IS 2515 P by BASF is a proprietary blend composed of processing stabilizer and light stabilizer. It is especially suitable for polyethylene and polyolefin rotational molding applications. It offers heat time reduction especially for low MFI polyethylene. It provides low initial color, minimal gas fade discoloration and improved mechanical properties to the final products. The recommended use level of Irgastab® IS 2515 P is 0.30-0.40% in PE. This grade confers a UV 16-20+ (under ASTM G155, Cycle I) light stability.
