ONCAP™ CC10053197WE by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an antistatic agent masterbatch. Can acts as a slip agent for PET preforms. It does not cloud or yellow PET during the manufacturing process because of its excellent heat stability. ONCAP™ CC10053197WE is incorporated directly into the plastic mix, thus eliminating costly secondary processing steps. It prevents dust build-up on PET packaging and reduces scuffing. Used for personal care packaging applications such as bottles, caps and closures. ONCAP™ CC10053197WE is suitable to be used in injection blow molding, injection stretch molding, continuous extrusion and injection molding processes. Can be used in both colored and clear applications. Recommended to be used at usage rate of 4%.
