avanNATUR NYLONSTAT (MB) by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static masterbatch in PA6. It is non-toxic. It It can be directly injected or added in the extrusion process. It is free from petroleum base materials and has no blooming. avanNATUR NYLONSTAT (MB) is specially created to reach long-lasting stable antistatic/ESD, color PA formulations with low addition %. Resistance levels are recommended to be measured 5-7 days after adding avanNATUR NYLONSTAT. Its recommended dosage rate is 15-25% for giga-tera ohms and 25-40% for mega-giga ohms with surface resistivity of 100V.
