avanNATUR NYLONSTAT (L) by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static and non-toxic intended for use in PA6 applications. It is a liquid mixture that has been carefully developed for use in extrusion mixtures and has high efficiency at low dosages. For colorful compositions, it works well. It doesn't blossom and is free of petroleum-based ingredients. It was especially developed to provide color PA formulations with long-lasting, stable antistatic/ESD properties. It is advised to measure the resistance levels 5-7 days after applying avanNATUR NYLONSTAT. With a surface resistivity of 100V, the recommended dosing rate for avanNATUR NYLONSTAT (L) is 2-4% for giga-tera ohms and 4-10% for mega-giga ohms.
