avanION 35 by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static agent. It is based on a complex dispersion of inorganic salts functionalized nanoparticles in polyglycol and ionic liquid, specially designed to generate ESD/antistatic systems. It is good for color formulations, stable in the time and does not alter the original material mechanical properties (shore, bending module, traction, etc.). It is anhydrous and can be used as the only antistatic treatment in a formula or to enhance ESD effect in other antistatic systems. Compatible with polyether, polyester based polyurethanes and all kind of PU ester systems from foams up to fully rigid materials. Suitable for solid and closed cell systems. avanION 35 can be stored unopened in its original packaging for at least 12 months without losing its properties.
