avanatur EVASTAT (S)

avanatur EVASTAT (S) by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static agent line to be applied in EVA. It is non-toxic. It is a solid solution specially formulated for its introduction in extrusion processes. It is an extremely effective solution that enables reaching long-lasting ESD resistance levels with a low % dosage. It is good for colored formulations. It does not generates a large deterioration in EVA original properties. 18- 26 phr of SiO2 (180 g/m2) is recommended to be added for its proper performance, due to the system need for percolation. Recommended dose level for more than 26 % vinyl acetate EVA is 11-16 phr besides at least 18 phr silica should be added and for 19 % vinyl acetate EVA
15-20 phr besides at least 25 phr silica should be added. Higher avanatur EVASTAT (S) phr can be added to obtain lower electrical resistance levels, in which case extra SiO2 is not required. It can be stored unopened in its original packaging for at least 18 months without losing its properties.
