ASACLEAN™ PX2 Grade

ASACLEAN™ PX2 Grade by Asahi Kasei is glass-filled purging compound designed exclusively for purging super engineering resins such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), LCP (liquid-crystal polymers) and PEI (polyethylenimine). It is the most powerful high-temperature grade for hard-to-clean resins.

• It generates low levels of smoke and odor across the entire operating temperature range of 280°C to 420°C.
• It is ideal for removing contamination and offers color & material changes, excellent thermal stability at high processing temperatures.
• It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding.
• It does not require soak time.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
