ASACLEAN™ PF Grade

ASACLEAN™ PF Grade by Asahi Kasei is a mechanical purging compound specifically formulated for super-engineering resins such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), LCP (liquid-crystal polymers), ULTEM, and PEI (polyethylenimine). It offers excellent thermal stability at high processing temperature.

• It provides high-temperature superior cleaning power.
• It is used in color changeovers, material changeovers, hot runner cleaning applications and can be used as a sealing material during machine shutdowns.
• It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding.
• ASACLEAN™ PF Grade does not require chemical reaction and soak time.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
