ASACLEAN™ NF Grade

ASACLEAN™ NF Grade by Asahi Kasei is a high-performance, glass-filled, styrenic-based mechanical purging compound ideal for clear resins. It is great for assisting with screw pulls. It is suitable for engineering grade resins within the processing temperature range.

• It is designed for aggressive cleaning and for difficult material & color changeovers.
• It effectively removes carbon and other stubborn deposits.
• It is especially designed for injection molding, extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding applications.
• ASACLEAN™ NF Grade shows no chemical reaction and does not require soak time.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
