ASACLEAN™ NCR Grade

ASACLEAN™ NCR Grade by Asahi Kasei is a high performance, general-purpose, versatile, heat-activated chemical purging compound based on polyethylene (PE). It is recommended for most commodity and engineering grade resins processed upto 345°C. It is especially designed for color and material changes for thermoplastic injection molding including hot runner cleaning and profile-, sheet-, cast film- & compounding extrusion machines.

• It is effective when used for shutdown and sealing to prevent buildup.
• It requires short soak for maximum effectiveness and offers excellent cleaning power without residue.
• ASACLEAN™ NCR Grade is ideal for applications involving low flow or low-pressure environments where foaming action is critical.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
