It is used in a wide range of engineering and super-engineering resins within the processing temperature range. Suitable for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion machines.
- It is designed for compounding, profile, sheet and cast film extrusion screw pulls.
- It provides excellent scrubbing of carbon and color deposits while especially designed to leave less purging compound residue behind.
- ASACLEAN™ EX Grade peels off easily during screw pulls and is ideal for hard-to-purge resins.
- Amount of purge required is 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
