ASACLEAN™ AG Grade

ASACLEAN™ AG Grade by Asahi Kasei is a general-purpose, glass-filled styrene-based mechanical purging compound for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding. It is designed for material and color changeovers.

• It has high detergency which is ideal for hard-to-purge resins requiring maximum deposit removal.
• It is lower-residue formulation with no chemical reaction, does not require soak time and has excellent cleaning power for olefins & HDPE.
• ASACLEAN™ AG Grade effectively purges most commodity and engineering resins within the processing temperature range.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
