Kevlar® KM2 Plus by Arclin is an aramid fiber. It has higher tenacity and a greater strain-to-failure limit, offering approximately 10% higher strength and slightly lower weight than the original KM2. It is used in next-generation military armor, spacecraft, and NASA whipple shield.
