401781 by Ampacet is a non-migratory antistat masterbatch containing effective substance in PP carrier resin. It is a non-traditional antistatic product whose antistat properties last theoretically for the life of the film. It is a clear product based on polymeric antistatic chemistry which does not depend on atmospheric humidity for functioning. No migration occurs into adhesive layer or nylon/PET layer in case of laminated films and no adverse effect is observed on heat sealing and printing. It has been designed for use only in skin layers of multilayer films. 401781 is recommended for PP molded parts and used for non-FDA applications.
