101710 by Ampacet is a non-migratory antistat masterbatch containing effective substance in LLDPE carrier resin. It is a non-traditional antistatic product whose antistat properties last theoretically for the life of the film. It is a clear product based on polymeric antistatic chemistry which does not depend on atmospheric humidity for functioning. No migration occurs into adhesive layer or nylon/PET layer in case of laminated films and no adverse effect is observed on heat sealing and printing. It has been designed for use only in skin layers of multilayer films. It is recommended for blown film process for having a high thermal stability. 101710 is used for non-FDA applications.
