Antioxidant TNPP-HP

Antioxidant TNPP-HP by Akrochem is a premium non-discoloring, non-staining, phosphite antioxidant. It exhibits excellent color and non-tinting properties. It offers good low discoloration and high hydrolysis resistance in white and light-colored elastomeric compounds including cement and hot melts. It also acts as a stabilizer in thermoplastics like ABS, HIPS, PC, polyolefins, PS and PVC. It is also used in combination with phenolic antioxidants or thioesters in light-colored NR and synthetic elastomers. In many polymers, Antioxidant TNPP-HP imparts a chelating or sequestering effect on heavy metals preventing yellowing. Recommended dosage range in rubber compound is 0.50-2 phr, in plastics is 0.2-1% and to obtain the best synergistic effect with phenolic antioxidant add 0.2%. It complies with FDA.
