Antioxidant S by Akrochem is octylated diphenylamine-based antioxidant. It offers excellent heat resistance to most natural- and synthetic polymers, in combination with Antioxidant 58 and 60. In polychloroprene, it improves scorch resistance and shows non-blooming at 1-4 phr loading. Antioxidant S is used in most colors except very light whites and yellow. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
