Akrofax™ D-LG

Akrofax™ D-LG by Akrochem is vulcanized vegetable oil. It enhances ozone resistance of the rubber compounds. It reduces migration of oils and plasticizers to the surface in low durometer stocks. It absorbs large amounts of mineral oils and liquid plasticizer on mill and banbury. It increases incorporation of fillers and milling efficiency. It provides non-thermoplastic structure in uncured compounds which strengthens extruded sections and minimizes distortions in open steam cures. It offers unique surface finish and supple feel to vulcanized rubber goods. It exhibits ability to flow or promote flow under mechanical pressure. Akrofax™ D-LG is recommended for use in oil resistant polymer applications, where improved compatibility of factice to polymer in a distinct advantage.
