Akrofax™ 758 White Sulfurless

Akrofax™ 758 White Sulfurless by Akrochem is an oil-resistant vulcanized vegetable oil. It acts as a plasticizer that helps minimize the extraction. It improves ozone resistance of the rubber compounds. It enhances smoothness of calendared sheets and decreases the compound nerve. It increases the incorporation of fillers and milling efficiency. Its white color is ideal for non-black compounds. It provides non-thermoplastic structure in uncured compounds that strengthen extruded sections and minimizes distortions in open steam cures. It offers unique surface finish and supple feel to vulcanized rubber goods. It reduces migration of oils and plasticizers to the surface in low durometer stocks. It absorbs large amounts of mineral oils and liquid plasticizer on mill and banbury. Akrofax™ 758 White Sulfurless is used in PVC to improve extrusion and flow property.
