Supplied by3M- Last Updated on Apr 17, 2026

Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowder TF 9202Z by 3M is a fine, low molecular weight PTFE micro powder. Acts as viscosity-modifying rheological additive. Exhibits easy de-agglomeration, increased degree of abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. Has a large operating temperature range, good non-stick properties and reduced friction resistance. Typical additional quantity can vary between 1-20%. Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowder TF 9202Z is recommended for use in a variety of plastics such as polyacetal, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, polyimide, polysulfide and polysulfone and elastomers such as fluoroelastomers, neoprenes, nitriles and silicones. U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved up to 20% weight in polymer formulations.
