Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowder TF 9201Z by 3M is a fine, low molecular weight PTFE micro powder. It acts as viscosity-modifying rheological additive. It exhibits easy de-agglomeration, increased degree of abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.
- It has a large operating temperature range, good non-stick properties and reduced friction resistance.
- The typical additional quantity can vary between 1-20 %.
- It is recommended for use in a variety of plastics such as polyacetal, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, polyimide, polysulfide and polysulfone and elastomers such as fluor elastomers, neoprene, nitriles and silicones.
