Advantex® DS 8800-11P

Advantex® DS 8800-11P by 3B is boron- and fluoride free glass fiber chopped strand, reinforcing agent. It exhibits heat-, aging-, hydrolysis- and glycolysis resistance. Also, displays dry-as-molded properties, excellent stiffness, heat stability, feeding behavior and very limited fuzz generation. Advantex® DS 8800-11P allows usage at very high glass fiber loadings (>55%). It is used for high temperature thermoplastics such as PSU, PESU, PPS, PEI and PEEK. Applications include automotive (gears, bearing cages & thrust washers), mechanical engineering (rings, wheels, impellers, flow meter parts & pump components) and aerospace (gear parts) industry. It complies with FDA, EC 10/2011 and relative amendments in their more restrictive application after 31.12.2015, BfR LII and ACS norms.
