Fastflow S

Fastflow S by 20 Microns is a high performance, low molecular polyethylene wax. It acts as a matting wax and processing aid for hard to disperse pigments. It is also used as an external lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC. It improves processing capability of the extruder to its optimum level of performance. It provides increased surface protection, scratch resistance, gloss, dielectric (insulation) properties and production yield. It offers improved flow, easy process, smoothness, mechanical properties specially impact strength and water repellency of PVC surface. Fastflow S helps to lower the tack of the rubber compound, particularly for chlorinated rubber. Exhibits improved rheological properties of injection molded and calendaring rubber. It prevents the shrinking and chalking of rubber mix and vulcanized rubber. Provides better dispersion of pigment and filler in rubber mix as well as resistance to UV light and weathering. It is used in PVC cable and PVC cable compounds.
