Fastflow P

Fastflow P by 20 Microns is low molecular polyethylene micronized wax. It acts as a matting wax and processing aid for hard to disperse pigments in color masterbatches. It is also used as an external lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC. Offers lubricity and increases the processing capability of the extruder to its optimum level of performance. It provides surface protection, scratch resistance, gloss and dielectric (insulation) properties. It offers improved MFI of the masterbatch/compounds and improved flow, smoothness, mechanical properties specially impact strength & water repellency of the PVC surface. Fastflow P is used in PVC cable and PVC cable compound.
