Phosphorous-based Monomers for Plastic Compounds

Triphenylphosphine. Also known as triphenylphosphane, it is a common organophosphorus compound. Exists usually as relatively air stable, colorless crystals at room temperature. Used as a raw material for synthetic resins.

ILCO PHOS 102 by ILCO Chemikalien is Phosphoric acid, C13/C15 oxo alcohol POE 3 ester. Exhibits excellent dispersing power and fast wetting properties. ILCO PHOS 102 is a clear liquid at 25°C. Used as an alternative to exchange nonylphenol ethoxylate based phosphate esters.

Combination of mono (n-butyl)- and bis (2-ethylhexyl)-phosphoric acid ester. Exhibits anti-static-, adhesion promoter- and dispersing properties. Shows high alkaline- and hard water stability. It is partially soluble and dispersible in water. It interacts with polar groups of the substrate to the surface. Applicable on plastic films.

Triphenyl phosphite. It is the ester prepared from phosphorus trichloride and phenol in the presence of a base. Usually it is a colorless liquid. Used as a raw material for synthetic resins.

ILCO PHOS 300 by ILCO Chemikalien is a sodium neutralized mono-, di- and tri-(alkylteraglycol ether)-o-phosphoric acid (POE 4) ester. It is produced by direct esterification of phosphorus acid with C12/14 natural alcohol ethoxylate and subsequent neutralization with sodium hydroxide. ILCO PHOS 300 is completely soluble in water.

ILCO PHOS 101 by ILCO Chemikalien is 1-hexadecanol, dihydrogen phosphate, monopotassium salt. It is dispersible in heated oil phase of preparations.

ILCO PHOS 100 by ILCO Chemikalien is methyl dihydrogen phosphate. Is acidic, water soluble under acidic conditions and less corrosive than mineral acids. ILCO PHOS 100 exhibits hard water stability, compatibility with anionic and non-ionic formulations and low foam production.

ILCO PHOS 207 by ILCO Chemikalien is a combination of mono-octadecyl- and di-n-octadecyl-phosphoric acid ester. It is insoluble in water. It is used as a thickener of aqueous solutions.

ILCO PHOS 201 by ILCO Chemikalien is a combination of mono (2-methylpropyl)- and bis (2-methylpropyl)- phosphoric acid ester. Possesses very effective antistatic- and wetting properties on low energy surfaces like polyolefins. Exhibits low foam production, high alkali- & hard water stability and is used as an emulsifier. ILCO PHOS 201 is partially soluble and dispersible in water. Used in textile industry.

Raylok® 1722 by allnex is phosphorus based, zero VOC, solvent-free acrylated oligomer. Offers faster cycle time, long pot life, low temperature curing, lower energy consumption and no or low flammability. Raylok® 1722 is used in the manufacture of plastics.
