ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ 4020L by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is non-nylon based oxygen scavenger. It is an advanced shelf life-extending additive produced specifically for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle packaging.

• It can be used at a wide range of LDR dosages that will provide long-lasting shelf life together with attractive bottle clarity and aesthetics.

MEVOPUR™ PROTECT O2 SCAVENGER by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an oxygen-scavenging additive masterbatch. It is effective at limiting oxygen degradation of drugs and nutraceuticals stored in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, even in a transparent mono-layer construction. It helps extend shelf life of pharma packaging to more than 2 years. MEVOPUR™ PROTECT O2 SCAVENGER provides testing ingredients in accordance to USP 661.1, EP3.1., ICHQ3D (USP 232) and biocompatibility per USP 87, 88.

ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ SolO2 by Avient is acts as an active oxygen scavenger. This grade is polyester concentrate. Provides cost-effective and flexible package that offers extended product protection and a longer shelf life. Used in product protection and shelf stability in oxygen sensitive beverages and foods packaged in PET. ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ SolO2 can be used with any type of PET base resin and is suitable to both mono and multi-layer containers as well as thermoformed sheet applications. Assures product quality, consistency and extended shelf life for a wide range of oxygen sensitive products including beer, wine, fruit juices, nectars, teas, UHT milk and tomato-based products. Effective in markets requiring empty bottle storage, lighter weight containers and carbonated oxygen sensitive beverages such as beer. Approved by FDA food contact legislation.

ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ Plus by Avient is an oxygen scavenger. It is crystallized PET-based concentrate with a built-in catalyst to promote oxidation. ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ Plus offers an improved aesthetics, superior optical clarity and reduced haze for enhanced recyclability. It provides product protection for non-carbonated foods and beverages for up to six months or longer, depending on the container design. Used mainly in PET packaging.

CESA™ ProTect by Avient is an oxygen scavenger additive masterbatch for polyester packaging. Provides unmatched shelf-life extension for packaged food and beverages. It combines enhanced food protection with sustainable packaging design. It is highly compatible with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and does not appear to impact processing. The active ingredients in CESA® ProTect masterbatch absorbs oxygen molecules as they enter so they cannot reach the protected product and can maintain the oxygen level inside the packaging at well below 1 ppm for an extensive number of months. It is active only after processing. It is also suitable for cold chain distribution as it has performed well when used on refrigerated products. CESA™ ProTect has only a limited effect on mechanical and optical properties of the product and can be used for transparent as well as colored packaging articles.

ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ 4020R is a non-nylon oxygen scavenger formulated by Avient to enable the use of up to 100% recycled PET (rPET) content. Improves the aesthetics of recycled packaging in terms of haze and color and reduces the yellowing effect. Shows consistent performance with 25%, 50% and 100% rPET content. ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ 4020R is compatible with many different rPET grades thus helping to achieve sustainability.

ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ 4020G by Avient is non-nylon based, low-haze (upto 50%) oxygen scavenger. Designed for polyethylene terephthalate rigid packaging used for food and beverages. ColorMatrix™ Amosorb™ 4020G reduces yellowing by 50% during the mechanical recycling process. Can be used with any PET & most rPET grades. Suitable for use on multi-layer machines. It extends shelf life, provides immediate protection and improved clarity resulting in glossy packaging.

O2Block® additive by Blu Dot Asia is naturally occurring element with well-documented oxygen scavenging properties. It reduces cost due to additional processing equipment needed and is primarily designed for plastic and pharmaceutical packaging applications where product shelf life often is directly linked to oxidation processes. O2Block® additive is delivered as a micronized powder or a masterbatch.
