BRUGGOLEN® P130 by Brüggemann is a very low volatile, mixture of effective lubricants and processing auxiliary for engineering thermoplastics like polyamides, polyesters and others. In the polymer melt it serves as a very effective internal and external lubricant. It offers improved melt flow of the polymer melt, protection of the polymer against damage due to reduced friction, very good compatibility, good temperature stability and minimum discoloration. It provides improved surface (high gloss), mold release of the finished parts and feeding behavior of the plastic granules in the processing machines. It is designed for the acceleration of injection molding process, dry blending and compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. The dosage level of the grade is 0.2-2.0%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of BRUGGOLEN® P130 is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
